Since the fall of the Black Rose society Emilia LeBlanc has lost all expectations of finding someone worthy of being her successor both at the head of the society and as a master of the art of deceiving, so she decided that the best candidate for that role would be a small child whom she will train and educate herself.Her child,who she had named Rémy.
As a young boy Rémy had been a very quick learner of the lessons Emilia passed onto him and it would seem like he would soon reach, if not even surpass, her own power.But as it often happes, in his teens Rémy rebeled and stopped caring about his study and became very interested in a more personal and bloody method of achieving his goals.Thus he ran away and went to Ionia where he joined the Kinkou order in order to study the ways of a ninja.After a while he was expelled from the order due to his inability to accept ballance and harmony as a way of life and due to his murderous tendecies.But the lessons had set in, both from his mother and from the order and after he had continued to train and teach himself for some time he decided to put those lessons to work and became a bounty hunter who specialised in bringing back his targets dead.
Soon after, he was offered a contract by a mysterious party.The contract contained several names.All of them belonged to people participating in the League of Legends, and so he decided to join it too.
Visual aspect
Since he is rather evil and murderous, Rémy would be dressed like a ninja but in dark outfit with glowing red eyes and 2 Wakizashis one for each hand.
Skills
Passive:Shadow step
While invisible to enemy champions, Rémy gains 15% movement speed bonus.This applies when in the fog of war or when walking in a bush that is not warded or revealed in any way.The bonus is tripled while stealthed.
Q:Smoke
passive: On each auto attack Rémy has a chance to become stealthed for 1.5 seconds
The stealth breakes if any offensive actions are taken during that time.
active:Rémy throws a smoke bomb and become stealthed for 3 seconds.
During this time he can take any action without ending stealth.The passive is lost while the skill is on cooldown.
W:Vault
Rémy jumps towards target location and throws 5 daggers(or shurikens) at targets withing a medium range along his path.Prioritises champions.Deals physical damage,scales on both ad and ap
E:Mirrors
Rémy creates a clone of himself for 5 seconds that walks in towards targeted area or attacks target enemy for 25% of attack damage.If the clone is killed or Rémy activates the skill again the clone explodes for magic dmg and scales off ap.
R:Assassinate
Rémy vanishes in a cloud of smoke and reapears behind targeted champion and hits him in the back.The hit deals base + bonus dmg (100-150-200) and will be a guaranteed critical.
If the target dies Rémy will gain bonus gold(75-125-175)
I really like the idea of evil ninja and we only have good ninjas in the game and also we don't have any specialised assassin like bounty hunter in Dota so i hope you will like this idea too.
