MATH Lethality - immediately grants 40% of its value as flat armor penetration. The remaining 60% scales linearly with enemy level. EXAMPLE 10 lethality = grants 4 flat armor penetration up front and 0.33 flat armor penetration per enemy level, capping at the full 10 once enemies are level 18. Welcome to the Forum Archive! Genji's melee attack to do more than 50? Currently every hero's melee attack does 50, but as far as i am aware they all use either their hand or the back of their gun to melee with. Genji uses his little Hanzo (nice naming Blizz) sword. A sword should probably do more than Junkrat's fist. A simple 75 damage instead of 50 would make him feel a. Does genji do more melee dmg 1. Quick melee does 30 damage, is active for 0.5 seconds, and has a range of 2.5 meters, and has a cooldown of 1 second. This cooldown starts as soon as the attack is used and is not affected by the melee being interrupted. I understand that Genji can deflect pretty much anything, save for beam weapons and a handful of lethal accessories. Can he deflect melee attacks though? I've been playing more Reaper lately, so I'm at a much closer proximity to characters, and normally if a Genji uses his deflect I stop firing to wait.

During the game, if you put your cursor on the ability icons, there will POSSIBLY, depending on the ability, be a green or orange number. If it's orange, it scales with ATTACK DAMAGE, if it's green, it scales with ABILITY POWER.
Mind you, if you're playing an AD carry, you should not build ability power at all.
AD carries are those champions whose damage output mostly depends on their autoattacks, such as Ashe, Caitlyn, Corki, Draven, Vayne, Graves, Varus, etc. Most of them have guns, bows or crossbows.
Also, with most of these AD carries, I'd recommend getting boots and an infinity edge as your first items instead of phantom dancer, as your damage output will improve drastically.
I assume you're a new player, so most of this will come to you naturally, but the more you know, the better.
P.S. Never ever build Boots of Swiftness, you're paying too much only for a bit of extra speed. You're better of with Berserker Greaves or Mercury Treads.
P.S.2 During PvP games or when posting on the forums, it is extremely likely that you'll encounter very unfriendly and angry people that expect everyone to know everything from day 1. Don't let them drag you down.
P.S.3 Stop buying tier 2 runes! You'll live to regret it. Wait until you're level 20 and buy tier 3 runes. Even tier 1 are acceptable as they're cheap, but tier 2 runes are too expensive and expendable as well. Friendly warning, pal.
